What would happen if you actively sought out your transformation?

What new choices will you make if you actively engage in your transformation - seek it out- before being launched into action by intolerable discomfort, disillusionment, or despair?

M. Scott Peck said: "The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers."

Do we have to accept this as our "truth?" Must we wait until we are feeling "deeply uncomfortable, unhappy or unfulfilled" to enter into new ways of being?

Can we engage our #PersonalPower and create a different reality?

If you think there must be something better than "wait until the pain is too great" to make adjustments to what you resonate and bring to light in your life, perhaps a pro-active approach to transformation is for you.

Will the pressures that instigate transformation disappear? Probably not. Your relationship with the pressures will change. You might interpret what was once an uncomfortable push, or a vise-like grip as merely a "nudge" inviting a response. In welcoming the "pressure," by engaging it when it is still nothing more than noticeable and perhaps interesting, you might avoid escalating it to levels requiring triage. And if you haven't noticed, paid attention to and responded to the early signs, when an uncomfortable push does comes, you might already have created the framework for shifting your viewpoint and greet it with curiosity or even joy. That push might just be the harbinger of the next superb transformation, the next liberating thought, a new direction of focus your #InternalVoice, and the next happy adjustment to your relationship with your story and how you shine your light into the world.
