How is your resonance lighting up your connection with your world?
One of the ways we connect with each other is through the quality of our resonant interaction. We speak, we sing, we groan, we giggle, we hum. With the exception of those who are medically precluded from doing so, we make sound. We resonate to connect with each other and our experience.
What we transmit with our resonance, the quality of what we send out influences the quality of our connection with others. No matter how much we mask it, our vocal resonance transmits tension, insecurity, joy, compassion, sincerity, love, the whole range of our submerged and surfaced intentions. Our vocal resonance transmits the contents of our #InnerVoice.
People respond to how and what we resonate. (There are even those who would argue that all of creation responds to what and how we resonate.)
With the courage born of self-awareness you can influence and even choose what you transmit and by extension how you connect with your vocal resonance.
Mindful cultivation of your own resonance can be both a powerful and gentle entry point to profound and nurturing self awareness. Such resonant work can be life altering.
